How Do I Book A Session?

Can’t wait to meet you. Simply fill out the Contact Form and I’ll respond within 24-48 hours to schedule a session or book a clarity call directly with me here 

What If I Want Just One Session?

You can absolutely book a one off 2 hour intensive session. Sometimes all we need is just a little kickstart, a place to reset, talk through things, come up with a plan, and then we are good to go.

Book an appointment for my “Phone a Coach“ for help with things like:

 

  • Getting started with a plan to meet you where you’re at
  • A tailored strategy to set goals and overcome all-or-nothing
  • Managing emotional eating or social situations
  • Setting boundaries with family, friends, or work
  • Scheduling in time when time is limited
  • How to outsource the heavy-lifting to make healthy eating more accessible

Can You Help Me With Nutrition?

Most definitely. I will be there every step of the way to guide you and support you with a way of eating that is going to work for you long-term.

Mindset is such a key part of this. Our work together will also identify and work through any thoughts or beliefs that come up related to food and nutrition so you can live your most optimal lifestyle. To me that means living a life free from feeling restricted or deprived.

Where Are You Based?

Do I Have To Count Calories Or Macros?

Not at all. In fact, I’ll teach you how to eat well in your everyday life, on vacation, and when dining out without having to count a thing.

Tracking calories and macros is not a sustainable behavior long-term. When I used to count calories, the perfectionist in me would drive myself crazy especially when dining out because really you have no idea how food is prepared. Then my numbers would be thrown off and it would mess with the whole rest of my day.

Now I focus on getting the right foods in the right ratios on my plate. See ya later stress.

Will You Make Me A Meal Plan?

No rigid hard-to-follow plans here. Instead, you will get a plan rooted in habit change and built around your lifestyle and your needs. It will include foods you like and ideas for building meals that are tasty and satisfying both physically and psychologically.

Do You Design Custom Exercise Plans?

No. I am cross-trained in exercise and have a lot of personal experience with it, but I am not a personal trainer. I will help you develop a plan to build exercise and movement into your lifestyle.

We will dig into what you like, what your lifestyle looks like, what your constraints are, and what you envision your future self doing and loving. Then I’ll help you get going so you can start showing up for that person now.
